Imtihaan Guru offers a 7-day return and cancellation window from the date of enrollment or purchase.

✔ You are eligible for a return/refund if:

• You request cancellation within 7 days of enrollment.

• You have not attended more than 3 classes (for classroom programs).

• You have not consumed more than 10% of online content (for digital/online courses).

• Study material (if issued) is returned unused and in original condition.

❌ Not eligible for return/refund if:

• More than 7 days have passed since the date of enrollment.

• You have attended more than 3 classes or accessed a large portion of online content.

• Study material is damaged, marked, or used.

• You availed special offers, scholarships, or discounts (these enrollments are non-refundable).

• Crash courses, short-term batches, and mock test series are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

If physical books have been issued, they must be:

• Unused

• Not written in

• Returned in original packaging

Damage or missing books will result in deduction from the refund amount.

• Registration fees (if any) are non-refundable.

• Processing charges or taxes charged by payment gateways cannot be refunded.

• For EMI-based payments, refunds depend on your loan provider’s terms.

• Refunds will be issued only to the person who made the payment.
