SMFCL Executive Recruitment 2026 – Vacancy Details

A total of 12 Executive posts in E‑1 Grade have been notified across five disciplines, with category‑wise breakup for UR, SC, ST, OBC‑NCL and EWS, along with reservation for PwBD as per Government of India guidelines. Each discipline has its own specific essential qualification, primarily in CA/CMA, Engineering, Law, Company Secretary and Computer Science streams.

PwBD reservation is admissible in accordance with Government of India guidelines for posts identified as suitable by SMFCL and will be applied horizontally within the respective categories.

SMFCL Executive Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy all eligibility conditions including age, qualification and experience as on the last date of online application (18-06-2026). All educational qualifications must be from Indian Universities/Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE or appropriate statutory authorities and candidates must possess final year pass results at the time of submitting the online application.

SMFCL Executive Recruitment 2026 – Age Limit

The upper age limit for all Executive posts is 30 years as on the last date of online application, i.e. 18-06-2026. Relaxation in upper age limit will be admissible to reserved category candidates as per Government of India norms subject to submission of valid supporting documents.

SMFCL Executive Recruitment 2026 – Application Fee

Candidates are required to pay the prescribed non‑refundable application fee through online mode only at the time of submission of the application; applications without successful fee payment (where applicable) will be treated as incomplete and rejected. The fee once paid will neither be refunded nor adjusted against any other recruitment.

SMFCL Executive Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process

The selection process for engagement of Executives will consist of (i) Computer Based Test (CBT) and (ii) Personal Interview. Final selection will be based on overall merit with 85% weightage to CBT and 15% weightage to Personal Interview, subject to eligibility verification and medical fitness.

Stage 1 – Computer Based Test (CBT)

There will be negative marking of 0.25 mark for every wrong answer marked in the CBT, so candidates must attempt questions carefully. The CBT is proposed to be conducted at Bhopal, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jammu, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai and Patna, with SMFCL reserving the right to shift candidates to nearby centres based on the number of applicants.

Stage 2 – Personal Interview

Candidates who qualify in CBT will be shortlisted for Personal Interview in the ratio of 1:7, subject to availability, and interview call letters will be uploaded on the SMFCL website and intimated through SMS/email. The final merit list will be drawn based on aggregate marks in CBT (85% weightage) and Interview (15% weightage) and only those fulfilling eligibility conditions and found medically fit will be appointed.

Candidates must apply only through online mode; no other form of application will be accepted. Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfil the eligibility conditions and have all necessary documents scanned in the required formats for upload.

Steps to apply online:

• Visit the official website of SMFCL at http://www.sdclindia.com and open the “Careers” section.

• Click on “Apply Online” and complete the registration / application form by entering personal, educational, category and experience details correctly.
• On submission of application details, a system‑generated Registration Number will appear at the top of the filled form; note it down for future login and correspondence.

• High School (Class 10th) certificate as proof of Date of Birth.
• Certificates and marksheets of all academic/professional qualifications (10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduation, Post‑Graduation, CA/CMA/LL.B/CS/B.Tech, etc., as applicable).
• Percentage conversion document (wherever CGPA is awarded) issued by the University/Institute.
• Valid SC/ST/OBC‑NCL/EWS/PwBD certificate in prescribed format of Government of India, wherever reservation is claimed.
• Proof of Identity/Address such as Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, etc.
• PAN Card.
• Proof of each period of experience claimed (offer letters, joining orders, relieving letters, service certificates, relevant pay slips, etc.) merged into a single PDF in chronological order.
• Any other document supporting the claims made in the online application.

Documents to be Produced at the time of CBT / Document Verification / Interview:

• Printout of CBT Admit Card / Interview Call Letter along with original photo identity proof and one self‑attested photocopy.
• Original certificates and mark sheets of all educational qualifications and experience, along with original category certificates for SC/ST/OBC‑NCL/EWS/PwBD candidates.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) / relieving order for candidates serving in Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies, as required.

There is no requirement to send the printout of the application form or any documents by post to SMFCL; all processes will be handled online and at the time of selection stages.

• The cut‑off date for determining age, qualification and post‑qualification experience is 18.06.2026; any qualification or experience acquired after this date will not be considered.
• Mere submission of application does not guarantee shortlisting; candidates must meet all eligibility criteria and clear the selection stages.
• If at any stage it is found that a candidate has furnished incorrect/false information or suppressed any material fact, his/her candidature/appointment is liable to be cancelled/terminated without notice.
