UP Board Exam 2027 candidate list submission deadline has been extended to 22 October 2026 by the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP). The extension applies to 5,905 schools that had not generated the required candidate lists. Schools must download the lists and submit them, along with the prescribed fund letter, to the District Inspector of Schools (DIOS).

How to Download UP Board Candidate List 2027?
UPMSP provides separate online facilities for advance registration, regular examination candidates and private examination candidates.
Authorised school officials can use the relevant portal to access and download candidate lists.
- Visit the official UPMSP website at upmsp.edu.in.
- Find the online registration and school login facilities.
- Select the advance registration portal for Classes 9 and 11 or the applicable examination registration portal for Classes 10 and 12.
- Log in using the authorised school credentials.
- Access the candidate-list or nominal-roll download facility.
- Download the available candidate list.
- Check the details and complete submission to the DIOS office as instructed.
Important Instructions
- Revised schedule: Schools could collect exam fees until 1 September 2026 and deposit them in the treasury by 5 September, up to midnight. Student details and exam data were to be uploaded online from 6 to 11 September 2026. One source also reports a further extension of the fee submission date to 28 September 2026, which other sources don’t mention.
- Candidate list deadline: The photo-bearing candidate list and related documents had to reach the DIOS office by 30 September 2026. That date has already passed. I found no later extension, so if a student is missing from the list, the school should contact the DIOS or Regional Office now.
- Correction window: The correction window ran from 6 to 11 September 2026. Any errors in name, date of birth or photo should have been fixed in that window, and the school must raise later corrections with UPMSP.
- Registration is mandatory: Only registered candidates are eligible to receive admit cards and appear in the board exams. Students should confirm with their school that registration was completed.
- Private candidates: The final submission deadline for private candidates was 30 September 2026. I found no extension for them either
