Educational Qualification
- Post Graduation Degree (Minimum 2-year course), OR
- MBA (Master of Business Administration), OR
- PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) – 2 years course
Experience Requirements (Essential)
- Total Service: Minimum 15 years of service
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in managerial positions
- Pay Level Experience: Minimum 5 years of service in Pay Level-12 (Rs. 78,800-209,200) or equivalent pay in private organizations
- Relevant Experience Definition: Managerial experience in man-management of Students/Personnel and areas pertaining to Discipline, Hostel, and Mess, preferably in Academic Institutions of National or State importance, PSUs, or reputed private organizations
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 50 years (as on 10-03-2026)
- Age Relaxation: As per Government of India Rules for Ex-Servicemen and Differently Abled candidates
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience of working in large institutes/organizations with related job profile
- Work experience in Premier Institutes like IIM, IIT, NIT, and other reputed residential colleges (added advantage)
- Knowledge of Hindi
- Good English Communication (Verbal and Written) – Essential prerequisite
