What is NEET Exam ?

What is NEET UG Eligibility ?

Education Qualification

• Candidates must have finished their 10+2 (Intermediate) coursework with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology as their core courses and an authorised board should acknowledge the educational institution.
• Applicants from the General category must receive 50% of the possible points in their Intermediate test; applicants from the OBC, SC, ST, or PWD categories must receive 40% of the possible points in order to be eligible for NEET.

Age limit

• In order to be eligible, applicants must be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2024.

Residency

• The following candidates can apply and take the NEET Exam: Indian nationals, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas nationals of India (OCIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), and Foreign Nationals.
